Episode 14 : Final day two

The three finalists are flown to North Africa and have to master traditional cooking techniques as well as exquisite fine dining.
Their final challenge is to cook a three course meal at Theo Randall's renowned Italian restaurant for five of the Godfathers of French cooking - including Michel Roux and Michel Roux Jr.
