Since starting out more than a decade ago, painter Yiu Sheung-him has not much luck until gallery boss Fong Chi-ho and his wife Sung Wai-kei discover an old painting created by Sheung-him 18 years ago. And the couple decide to help him become famous, but Sheung-him is simply not in the mood to feel happy. A moment of vanity causes Sheung-him to forgo his principles which he has been steadfastly following. Sheung-him is also consigned to oblivion because of fame and fortune. Shum Yuet, who used to be Sheung-him’s favorite disciple, again hooks up with Sheung-him due to certain vested interests. A mysterious homicide then takes place, and the victim astonishingly turns out to be Sheung-him’s wife Chong Yui-ting. If it’s not one thing, it’s another as scenes of intrigue and deceit play out.
The Ringmaster
Muay Thai champion Hoi Ching-hei manages to hold his ground in his farewell match. After a celebration, he abruptly dies as he quarrels with someone while saving a woman. Hoi Ching-nam reviews his elder brother Ching-hei’s boxing match video and finds out the cause of death has something to do with coach Shek Ngo-shan. Ngo-shan develops his boxing club business and transforms into a successful merchant. He is interviewed by famous TV presenter Man Sin-yin. To attain certain objective, socialite Lui Kin wants to gain a foothold in the realm of Muay Thai. She becomes a consultant to a combat sports association. She encounters Ngo-shan and develops a subtle relationship with him. To seek justice for his late elder brother, Ching-nam becomes boxing champion Yip Ying-fung’s disciple. With assistance from a wealthy man’s daughter, Kong Ka-ching, and his childhood buddy Shek Tsz-chung, Ching-nam is determined to step into the boxing ring and go after Ngo-shan.
The Forgotten Day
Because of a kidnapping case, an amnesia case, a missing woman and a big sum of money, waiter Ng Yiu-chung and interior designer Meng Yat-yin bump into each other and develop a subtle friendship. After being saved, Yat-yin becomes an amnesia sufferer. He forgets the kidnapping. His wife Yau Fei-yi, who has paid a ransom, is also missing. Yat-yin wants to rely on Yiu-chung to unravel the kidnapping case and also track down Fei-yi. But Yiu-chung wants to use Yat-yin for finding the vanished ransom. He also has to keep his involvement in the case secret. With psychotherapist Lam Hoi-ching’s help, Yat-yin regains fragments of his memory. However, the surprising truth is steadily revealed as lost moments are gradually realigned.
Take Two
Many people die as old-fashioned tenement Wai Lei Building abruptly collapses. Engineer Sze Kwong has conducted a survey of the building. He arbitrarily investigates the incident as he reckons the building collapse is shrouded in intrigue. While the incident is being unraveled, Sze Kwong’s girlfriend Cheung Man, who is some property developer’s lawyer, dies in a traffic accident. Then his younger half sister Auyeung Ka-shun meets her death. Sze Kwong is also silenced. Sze Kwong comes round and surprisingly returns to somewhere in time before the building collapses as the deity has given him a chance to live again!
Sze Kwong suspects the building collapse has something to do with property developer Hong Wing-yan and his mentor Ying Yiu-wa. He wants to prevent the disaster from happening. To avoid implicating Cheung Man and Ka-chun, Sze Kwong decides not to recognize his sister and he also does not go out with Cheung Man. He just covertly watches over the duo.

Mysterious Island
In the 1970s on the Binlusai islands, a young mother is killed when she was running with her son run from an evil presence in an abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. In the present day, a group of four young men and women are travelling to the island to take part in a survival game run by TV channel Search Planet headed by Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung). Also on the boat is the television presenter Stanley (Jessica Xu) and cameraman Ken (Shaun Tam). The eight people have been split into four pairs where they are given a map which leads to a flag; their aim is to survive without any supplies, and the winning duo gets a grand prize of one-million dollars. As they approach the island, their ship is attacked by something unknown under the water and most of their luggage is lost. Shen Yilin (Mini Yang) has preserved her map which she gives to her partner Peng Fei (Jordan Chan).
