We saw Strings at the Arclight during the Hollywood Film Festival. We went away talking about the story lines all weekend. We were amazed at how you originally wanted to dislike certain actors. But as the plot went on you either loved them or hated them. The acting was impressive, especially compared to other indie films we have seen. We had a hard time viewing this as an indie movie. It is made of a much high quality then most. As far as the actors themselves, Elle LaMont is a site for sore eyes. We hope both she and Olivia Dragucevich (the child actor) are in other movies. We will start searching for them to see. The male actors were cast perfectly for their roles. Jack Lee, Billy Harvey, Karl Anderson, Chris Potter, and the others were extremely believable and should win many awards for their performances.We hope this movie is turned into one that hits the major screen so others can talk all weekend about it too. Great movie!

I saw this movie with my whole family and are ranges age from 13-74. Now usually it is very hard to get every age group to like a certain movie. Not the case here. We all loved the film and talked about it for days afterward. The only thing we regretted was seeing it at a film festival because we wanted to see it a 2nd time. So as soon as we find out where it is playing we will be there. I would recommend this picture to all my friends to go see and thought the film makers did a great job. They should be really proud of this film. I found myself guessing all the way through the entire film. We thought all the actors in the film did a great job and hope to see them in their other projects coming up.

I attended a screening in San Antonio at the suggestion of a friend. I was quite impressed with the quality of the picture and acting. I did not expect to see such quality in an indie film. The movie has several intense story lines. They all just draw you into and keep your interest. The actors are spot on! You just about hear what the others in the audience are thinking throughout. I also loved the little pieces of humor. The little girl in Strings is a total delight! It would be nice to see her in other things. I am glad my friend suggested this and can't wait to see how far the Directors go in their career. It was well worth every minute.

Intense movie, never a dull moment. Great how it can be an action film and a chick flick without ever feeling like it. Can't wait to see it again!There are many subtleties that make the movie more interesting. Makes a person really think about the "strings" that bind them and what lengths you would go to, to protect and cherish those strings. The casting was right on, capturing perfect looks and personalities for the roles. Again, keeps you interested the entire movie. Great to see a real entertainment movie again. One that would be remembered and deserving of awards.
