Steve, a young professional snowboarder, ruins a high-paying photo shoot by playing a silly prank. He, his girlfriend Branka and fellow snowboarder Joschi are left behind on the mountain. They seek shelter in an après-ski tavern that is hosting an all-night party. Things go from bad to worse when a scientific experiment unleashes an epidemic of zombies and mutant wildlife. This is mostly lost on the local drunkards, as they are not always easy to distinguish from zombies themselves. But Steve, Branka and Joschi have to find a way to survive this hellish night.

I wish I had not wasted my time. The CGI of animals is awful and the acting is forced.
There's a music bit that is kind of funny and the part with the skiers is pretty neat too. But there is also a lot of downtime. You can't throw ingredients at the viewer and expect them to cook a cult classic for you. You have to do the work yourself. Again, it's OK for a low budget movie, but it could've been better too.The title alone is almost the biggest drawing point. The inciting incident is so cliché, you might squirm a little. It's intentional and they try to sell it as funny as they can, but it doesn't quite hit the spot. There's a convenient location holding explanation and some weird characters to wet your appetite (no pun intended). But if you watch one Zombie Snow movie, let it be Dead Snow (2) ...
The best time I've had watching a movie in ages. Dominick Hartl has crafted a ridiculous, fun zombie movie that feels fresh and free from genre clichés. Every killing is hilariously designed and every character is distinct and clear. This strange romp will get you in its grip almost immediately and, for it's brief 80 minutes, have you smiling. An absolute delight.
Attack of the Lederhosen Zombies delivers on exactly what its name suggests - an excellent addition to the purely-for-entertainment genre of zombie-comedy that spawned out of the horror hybrid style that embodied the Evil Dead franchise and film spoofs like Shaun of the Dead. Attack of the Lederhosen Zombies follows its predecessors in bringing grotesque violence scenes and subtle thrills together that are pocketed with slap stick humor to make for a bloody good time.To be fair, this film was never attempting to be engaging in a serious manner and allows the laughs to soak in all along the way. The story follows a group of young snowboarders in the midst of a video shoot on the Austrian Alps. However, when Steve pulls a reckless prank, fellow snowboarders Josh and girlfriend, Branka, are inevitably stranded with no way down. As Steve tries to amend his relationship with Branka at the mountain's sole ski inn, the owners attempt to profiteer his slopes has unknowingly infected his lodgers leading to the longest and bloodiest night of the year for the sole survivors. Thanks to a diverse cast, the talented young actors save Lederhosen Zombies from what might become a dull and monotonous plot. RedBull rider Marc Swoboda also lends his skills to spice things up and utilizing talent that worked on The Force Awakens and Mockingjay Part 2 creates a spirited indie effort that stands above your generic zombie flick.
