I'm a little torn on this one. On one hand it's very well made, everything looks very authentic. Well, except from the fact that one very important role is filled by a rather well known actor. Because you see: this is made like a documentary (mocumentary if you will), and it is very well made. It is pretty believable and "realistic"-looking. Alright, you get that this is a scripted movie, but you sort of forget it from time to time, too. So good job on that, movie!I didn't find it scary, and there are not that many parts that are meant to be scary either. But I would still have liked a little more horror. As a matter of fact, the parts where stuff goes down, I think they could have been a lot better. Seems kind of random. Most of the cast plays themselves, and they do an overall good job. To sum up: nothing great, but a pretty easy watch.
This was.... OK even though it did seem like night breed by Clive barker. The acting I was surprised about, it was fairly good. I'm not normally the one to watch these "cam recorded" type films but this one actually did do justice in my books. It felt real.... Until the supposed "monsters" started to appear. The monsters kind of ruined it and I feel as though they could have done better with realism. I'm less inclined to believe the existence of a tentacle man with a potato sack over his head or.... A walking meatball that screams. I think this film is something that can only be watched once even though it is good for a cam film.
The movie is actually not so bad, it's watchable .. it makes for a decent B horror film, but it's not much more than that! The "acting" is somewhat believable but when it comes to the visual effects of the "monsters" it just looks like they didn't try .. it looks literally like rubber masks and third rate practical effects.Again with all of that said.. it was still entertaining for the most part, it's better than some of the other drivel I've seen :)If you like B movies and you some time to kill then this is worth a go, just don't go into it expecting to be scared or to see something you should take very serious.I'm going to add this to my collection of films to watch when I have friends over and we're doing a b movie marathon :)
Com'on fellows this was--- How can i put this a bad film . It had no climax i't just continuously kept spinning me around waiting for it to make a point .Like that old dead or alive song YOU GOT ME SPIN SPIN BABY LIKE A RECORD BABY SPIN SPIN SPIN SPINNING LIKE A RECORD BABY. DAM I MEAN WHEN YOUR WIFE'S 5 MINUTE CAMEO WAS THE HIGH LITE OF THE FILM.i VIEWED THIS MOVIE OVER A THREE DAY PERIOD. iT WAS LIKE HAVING TO TO CLEAN OUT MY BASEMENT AFTER A FLOOD .DON'T WANT TO CLEAN THE BASEMENT BUT THE SMELL OF MOLD MAKES YOU DO IT JUST TO GET IT OVER WITH' AND I KNOW THAT PRODUCING A FILM AIN'T THE EASIEST THING IN THE COSMOS TO DO.HOPE YOU MADE SOME MONEY OFF THIS THING BECAUSE I BELIEVE YOU HAVE IT IN YOU TO DO SOMETHING WORTH WATCHING.Spend some money on the monster stuff ,spend 2 dollars on the sets.I know you figured you might get lucky and have a blair witch project on your hands.I was hoping you and the camera guy got it to a fist fight or you found a half eaten dog or something were was the tension or stress .last thing ...If you try to make babies the way you make movies your mother is never going to be a grand parent.
