One of the worst movies I've ever seen , the story of the movie was reported
I didn't go to watch it when it came out, from the trailer we all knew what to expect. So, I'm sitting here, TV in the background on HBO, when suddenly, this movie starts. Figured, what the hell, let's see how bad could it be.Enjoy my short review of xXx: Return of Xander Cage.Cheesy line, cheesy line, cheesy line, Xander Cage's cheeeesy lines, hot girls, hot girls rubbing on Xander, shots, shaky cam, shaky cam, no laws of physics, cheesy line, cheesy line, hot girls, shaky cam, shaky cam, cheesy line, explosions, Ice Cube, Ice Cube's cheeesy line, no laws of physics, shaky cam, slow mo, cheesy line cheesy line, somehow they win, though not really, since not real plot. XXx: Return of Xander Cage is the follow up sequel to previous films xXx: State of the Union and the original xXx (2002). This film doesn't do much of anything new but has some decent moments. It is predictable and even so the action scenes are quite generic. There probably isn't a law of physics that isn't broken in this movie. These characters fly, are shot, fall from great heights and are blown, but emerge unscathed, apart from their excessive tattoos (Xander has somehow redesigned his logo neck art for the reboot). Refreshingly, everyone keeps their tongues firmly planted in their cheeks, winking at the camera at each ridiculous moment. Such as the chase in which motorcycles magically transform into water-bikes. Return of Xander Cage feels quite different in tone and style than the original. More character are brought into this film and with a shorter run time as it feels more cramped in. Overall, this film isn't that good but has some well shot satisfying action sequences for fans.
The movie is good to see but I'm still confused about the entitled name. Because of, there is no matching or relation with part 1.
