Synopsis
Ilya Malakeev was born in Volzhky, Russian Federation, but currently he lives in Helsinki, Finland after he and his family moved there, when Ilya was very little. He has been an athlete for almost all of his life as he tried to follow his father's football steps for 16 years, but after a sudden change of interests and unfortunate setback, he found the film industry and movies fascinating, after what he started to review movies seriously from the summer of 2017 till this day and counting. Currently he is working on many "one man" short film projects as he kickstarts his acting, writing and directing careers with his upcoming debut short film called "The Calling".
