Synopsis
Lawrence "Larry" Casey was born in 1940, one of eight siblings (William Jr., Paul, John, Joseph, Mary, Peter, and the late Michael), born to to William and Florence Casey. When Larry was 10 years old, his family moved to Manhattan's East Side where the very tall and athletic Larry played baseball and one day wanted to become a professional ball player. Casey's father died in February 1955 and Larry gave up baseball to work after school to help support the family. He graduated high school in 1958. In 1962 his mother bought a dairy farm in Guilford, where she would live with her sons Paul and John until her own death in December 2004, almost 50 years after she was first widowed. Larry Casey and his wife Katha have three children.

Return to Peyton Place
Return to Peyton Place is an American daytime soap opera which aired on NBC from April 3, 1972 to January 4, 1974. The series was a spin-off of the primetime drama series Peyton Place rather than an adaptation of the 1959 novel of the same name by Grace Metalious.
The storylines from the daytime show were a continuation of those from the primetime series. Both James Lipton and Gail Kobe worked as writers on the series during its run. Frank Ferguson, Evelyn Scott, and Patricia Morrow reprised their roles from the earlier series.
Selena Cross, a major character in the original novel and the films both it and its sequel inspired, had not been included in the primetime TV series because her storyline was considered too risque at the time. She was a featured character in the daytime soap.
Sole Survivor
In 1960, the ruins of an American bomber were found in the Libyan desert, but the remains of the crew were never located. In Guerdon Trueblood's teleplay, the ghosts of a bomber crew hang around their derelict plane, awaiting the day that their bones will be recovered and given a decent burial. The sole survivor, navigator Russell Hamner, has in the intervening 25 years become a General. He joins an investigation team that has come across the wreckage, while the ghosts, headed by Major Devlin, plot to expose Hamner as a coward who deserted his post and left his crew mates to die.
Massacre Harbor
Rommel's last open port is maintained by POW labor against Allied bombing. A commando operation is undertaken to liberate the prisoners.
The Rat Patrol
The exploits of four Allied soldiers — three Americans and one Englishman — who are part of a long-range desert patrol group in the North African campaign during World War II. Their mission: "to attack, harass and wreak havoc on Field Marshal Rommel's vaunted Afrika Korps".
