(Mehmet Fikret Kuşkan) (d. 22 Nisan 1965 İstanbul) Çerkes kökenli Türk oyuncu. 1986'da İstanbul Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Tiyatro Bölümü özel yetenek sınavını kazanarak eğitimini bu okulda sürdürüp tamamlamıştır. Oyunculuk konusunda lise eğitimi sırasında edebiyat öğretmeninin desteğini alır. Fotoğrafçılık yaparken bırakarak, tiyatro aşkıyla sınavlara girer.Zor da olsa konservatuvarı bitirmesinin ardından Zülfü Livaneli'nin "Sis" filminde ilk rolünü oynadı.
