Synopsis
Stig Tomas Norström was a Swedish stage and screen actor, and director. He graduated from the Swedish National Academy of Acting, Stockholm, in 1981. His film debut was in Marianne Ahrne's "Långt borta och nära/Near and Far Away" (1976). Tomas Norström played among several stage productions Hamlet at Pistolteatern 1985, and Olle Ivar Marklund in the feature film "Pistvakt" (2005).

Swedish efficiency researchers come to Norway for a study of Norwegian men, to optimize their use of their kitchen. By the rules of the research institute, Folke has to sit on an umpire's chair in Isak's kitchen and observe him from there, but never talk to him. Gösta Eriksson, a hairdresser, buys a car from used-car dealer Bertil Planåker. But Gösta soon discovers that the car is a wreck. Planåker won't give him his money back, in fact he denies ever having seen Gösta. Gösta's brother Rolle is released from prison and promises to help him. They form an investment company, Parabola, and convinces Planåker to invest a lot of money in it. Planåker has a lot of shady business colleagues who also invest their money. Gösta's and Rolle's scam becomes much bigger than they had bargained for.
