Synopsis
Mang Hoi (Chinese: 孟海) was another important member of Sammo Hung's stunt team during the 80’s – and often worked with Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao in their films as well. Like most of that stunt group, he alternated between stunt work for other actors and appearing in front of the camera as a character. He did have a few major roles though in his career. With his cherubic face and small stature and seemingly good nature he has been very popular with HK film fans. And like many of this group who worked with Jackie or Sammo or Yuen, he was a student at Madame Fan Fok-fa’s Opera School and went on to stunt work before getting more sizable roles. He seems to have retired from films for the most part by the early 90s though he did have a small part in Ah Kam and The Extra. His sister is female kung fu actress Kitty Meng Chui. Mang, also, actually won a Best Supporting Acting award for his part in Yes Madam. For a time he was the boyfriend of Cynthia Rothrock and directed part of her action vehicle Lady Reporter/Blonde Fury. Was a member of the Sammo Hung Stuntmen's Association.

Osaka Wrestling Restaurant
Ricky aspires to be a famous chef. But rival restauranteur Dragon wants him to fail. So when Ricky's brother suggests that he combine Osaka wrestling with Hong Kong cuisine, his restaurant strikes gold and wins rave reviews, but Dragon swears revenge. Overview: Ricky is a canteen handyman, his goal was to be a famous chef. His boss, One-Eye Dragon, was really mean to him and wanted to kill Ricky. Ricky went to Osaka and looked for his brother Mike. Mike suggested that he wanted to match up Osaka wrestling with the food from Hong Kong. And Mike taught in person the techniques of Osaka wrestling. Famous eating expert Chau visited the restaurant. Mike made the steamed dumpling for Chau to taste and was highly praised. The steamed dumpling attracted all the older customer and the business boomed again. But jeopardy rose! Dragon decided to "do it all", and brought a time bomb into the restaurant...
The Gambling Ghost
Sammo Hung plays three different characters: Fatty, Fatty's father and Fatty's grandfather, Hung Kau. Fatty is a hotel worker, yearning for sudden wealth. Therefore, he, and his co-worker, enter the gambling world, to the dismay of his father. When Fatty hits rock bottom, the ghost of his grandfather resurrects to help him. However, Fatty learns that his grandfather was murdered, therefore, he will stop at nothing to avenge his death.

Pedicab Driver
Lo Tung and his friend Malted Candy, pedicab drivers working the streets of Macao, have both fallen in love. The problem is that both their objects of affection - one a baker, the other a prostitute - are working under cruel and lecherous bosses. Somehow, the pair must find a way to win the ladies' hearts and free them from their unpleasant jobs.

Legacy of Rage
Brandon Ma (Brandon Lee) is a regular working Joe who holds down two jobs, so he can support his girlfriend May and his dream of owning a motorcycle. It seems that an undercover cop named Sharky has been using his police connections to dominate the local cocaine trade, so Michael has him killed and uses Brandon as the fall guy. Brandon goes to jail, though he thinks that he will be released soon thanks to the efforts of his good buddy Michael. Eight years later Brandon finally gets out of jail and vows revenge.
