Jennifer Martin (December 4, 1971) is an American voice actress. She is best known for her role as Ms. Sara Bellum in The Powerpuff Girls. She has also provided voices for various background characters throughout the show, as well as voice acted in other various Cartoon Network shows like Johnny Bravo and Samurai Jack.
