7 girls and 1 fab gay guy plan a getaway to a remote ranch for a week of gossip and grub. They start off where they always do, old rivalries in place, extreme vanity covering great insecurities, but with a true love for each other underneath the bickering, sniping and sassing. A number of drinks into night one and a dark secret is revealed. The house they rented is the site of a mass murder of teenage girls 15 years earlier. Blood still stains the floors under replacement carpets. The killer still runs free. The girls take it for what it seems - a fun story for a rainy night by a roaring fire. But after one of them disappears and is discovered dead, the story doesn't seem so fun anymore. 1 by 1, they die, killed by their own vanity. The fun-filled week turns into a race against death. Who will make it out alive?

This movie was unwatchably bad. I make it a habit to watch all horror genre entries, from the awful to the brilliant, and this one, this, this was the worst.I wonder what exactly constitutes "good acting" according to the positive reviews but when I think of "good acting" (e.g. Ellen Burstyn, Kevin Spacey, Sarah Snook) I imagine something that is exactly the opposite of the "performances" in this film. They might have been reading their lines off of cue cards, I dunno.Whoever this "Jane Clark" is, I have no idea, never heard of her before this, but if you want to see a brilliant horror director for inspiration, check out Jennifer Kent. As a writer/director she could mop the floor with this one.
If you have always been a little squeamish about scenes in horror films like I have, no need to worry when you see this film. Crazy Bitches is a delightfully funny and sometimes quite scary movie with some gore added into the mix but the emphasis should be on the comedy. It was thoroughly entertaining and like all of Director, Jane Clark's movies, does not disappoint. Cathy Debuono (Cassie) has some of the best one liners. The rest of the cast are equally enjoyable to watch with there quirky vanity issues and I truly enjoyed how much fun it was to get to know their on screen characters. This film was written and directed in a way that keeps you guessing which, if you love suspense and plot twists, you will be sure to enjoy this gem. Buy this movie and invite your fun friends over for a night of laughter and a little screaming. You won't regret it!
This movie kept me guessing as a gorgeous bunch of women get together for a long weekend not knowing what may befall them...the location is idyllic..casting spot on...And the supporting cast, creepy, but their charm eases that away...f you want a campy comedic at times horror film...Writer/director Jane Clark's latest feature is worth seeing...and getting crazy over..even if you are not a bitch... do not let the title fool you... These are smart women In normal everyday life they function fine But when they reunite..the craziness ensues... The bitchy behavior flows...blood may or may not flow The result as I said is a crazy wild romp of a movie
This film is so entertaining. From the moment it begins, you're so engrossed in the story of these characters. There are reasons to love them and reasons to find fault with them, but regardless of either, you can't keep your eyes off them. The setting is perfect for this group of former college pals to come together and enjoy each others company. Director Jane Clark makes it look so easy, moving from scene to scene, one moment with characters in lighthearted conversation, to the next with complicated dysfunction between long standing rivals. As the story progresses, you see each characters true nature revealed, and the audience is given a glimpse of what might happen next. Of course, add the horror of murder and deception in the mix and you have one exciting film. Sheer suspense, and edge of your seat fear are only the tip of the iceberg. Crazy Bitches is funny, sexy, scary, and a damn good time!
