I was pleasantly surprised by this cool indie flick. Great acting and a good story line which was obviously left open to a sequel. Whilst it was pretty good on the suspense level, any reviews that you read which make out like this is a movie that will make you jump.......hmmmmmmm....nah. Hoping for a sequel though.
Loved it, I enjoyed the suspense, the direction was good, the cinematography excellent and I loved the female cast. It reminded me of when I was a kid and sat waiting for the suspenseful ending. Thoroughly enjoyed it . Kudos to the producer Michael Cory Davis. I'm I am going to watch it again and this time invite some friends over for a "pizza party" movies like this as such fun to watch and take our minds off a lot that is going on these days.
Even though I'm not a real horror film enthusiast Michael has managed to make this film interesting and suspenseful while bringing to light mental health, a serious and relevant growing issue plaguing todays society. His actors are very talented and more importantly believable in the portrayal of his story. Of course like his past projects Svetlana's Journey and Cargo Innocence Lost the film was shot beautifully and represent the best of what is expected from the independent film market.
This could easily become a cult classic. I thought the acting was outstanding! Daffany McGaray Clark's and Vanessa Giordano's performances in particular were exceptional. Will definitely be looking into more of their work. And If you're into horror films and appreciate the work that goes into putting something like this together, you're going to enjoy this. Well done!!
