This is a great movie, I recommend to everyone who loved the first Torrente movie! I really love Torrente's character, he is the coolest person of the world :). I think that this movie is not worst than the first one, it's as good as the first (10/10) was. Santiago Segura is a good actor, and I think.. he is a good director too. I want Torrente 3 now!!! :) 9/10

Well, first of all, to those who have seen "Torrente: El brazo tonto de la ley", I found this second part much, much better. It has many more gags, jokes and funny situations and it isn´t boring at any time. Santiago Segura has created again a box-office movie which will make you laught for about two hours. Gabino Diego has an incredible performance as Cuco, and Torrente is as "special" as always. He is as politically incorrect as he was in the first film, but fantastic. Hurray for Torrente!

Spanish humor genius Santiago Segura comes back with a more refined and professional version of P.I. P.I (Politically Incorrect Private Investigator) Jose Luis Torrente. This time, as the titles says, he leaves the dreadful streets of old Madrid and settles in the sunny city of Marbella in southern Spain. This change of background is noticed just reviewing the cast (featuring Supermodels like Inés Sastre, Esther Canadas). But Torrente remains the same, absolutely simple, eager to catch every woman near him, and of course very traditionally spanish. He's the funny Mr Hide inside everyone of us.In this second movie very interesting characters broaden the plot of the movie, and a bigger budget make thee film more similar to a James Bond movie.Unexpected situations, and spanish typical situations will make you laugh with no possibility to stop.Don't miss the spectacular opening credits. They just deserve watching the movie.

Santiago Segura has made it again. He has an unique sense of rhythm, a natural gift for comedy (as an actor, director and writer) and an unusual capacity of extracting acting abilities to non-professional actors. Of course the heart of this movie is this unforgettable character, Torrente played wonderfully by Segura but there are unexpected surprises in the cast: while Gabino Diego is excellent as usual it's shocking to view Jose Luis Moreno (a famous spanish TV showman) playing a James Bond typical villain look-a-like and he succeeds. To the spanish viewers the best part of the film will be the incredible number of cameos that there are: to some TV "freaks" like "Gran Hermano"'s Iñigo, catalonian TV-showman Andreu Buenafuente (reprising his role in Torrente 1) and also some humorists (Manuel Barragan). A great and funny movie. 9 out of 10.
